It allows you to describe scenarios functionally and logically using the PEGASUS approach, and to integrate other meta information and specific validation ranges. All the elements relevant for describing scenarios sufficiently, such as road content, traffic content, and other environmental data are managed and stored in a central database. Its intuitive user interface guides the validation or testing engineer through the design, storing, maintenance and administration of a large number of testing scenarios.
OPENSCENARIO AND OPENDRIVE SOFTWARE
Our AVL Scenario Data Manager module is an innovative, web-technology-based software with integrated database technology.
OPENSCENARIO AND OPENDRIVE VERIFICATION
In addition, it allows immediate verification of your created scenarios with its integrated playback engine, traffic simulation elements and automatic routing. It fully supports the standardized OpenScenario and OpenDrive format with actors, catalogs, properties, events and triggers. Our AVL Scenario Designer module is a state-of-the-art graphical WYSIWIG software tool for the easy creation, importing, editing and parametrization of scenarios. We have designed SCENIUS around a series of modules that address different aspects of the process: It is a holistic and ground-breaking approach to scenario-based ADAS/AD verification and validation which supports the complete process from scenario design to scenario management, test case generation, test allocation and result reporting. To enable this to happen we have created the AVL SCENIUS™ suite of solutions.

Tackling this challenge requires a vast amount of test scenarios and test cases that all need to be managed, prepared, documented and executed in simulation, on the test track and on the road. WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or implied. One of the major hurdles in the development, testing and releasing of vehicles with assisted driving (ADAS) or autonomous driving (AD) functions is ensuring safe operation for all kinds of defined conditions and constraints. OPENSCENARIO AND OPENDRIVE CODE
The file example.py contains runnable example code for usage of this class.

The file ' _Testfeld_A9_Nord_offset.xodr' from here can be used by downloading a copy to the tests/test_data folder. For testing, an ASAM OpenDRIVE file is needed.Required Python packages can be installed via pip:.Additional dependencies for testing are required.

OSC-Generator can be installed using pip.Intersections may currently cause trouble but will be supported in a future release.Īll features are tested in Python 3.7 on Windows 10. Scope of ApplicationĬurrently, OpenSCENARIO V1.0 and OpenDRIVE V1.4 are supported. OSC-Generator is a collection of Python tools to generate ASAM OpenSCENARIO files from vehicle data and an ASAM OpenDRIVE file.
